Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless logistics from vendors to customers. This key role involves optimizing all processes involved to guarantee a smooth flow of goods.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies to minimize costs
- Establish and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, cost efficiency, lead time, and minimum order quantities
- Monitor all shipment activities from local and international suppliers in Australia and overseas
- Review and control inventory through Business Central
- Organize and monitor shipments from overseas vendors, verifying shipping documents for completeness
- Consolidate sea and air shipments from international vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a relevant degree
- Have at least two years of experience in the field
- Effective stakeholder management, including communication, influencing, and interacting with people at different levels and cultures
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and lean thinking
- Attention to detail and analytical skills with a focus on big-picture thinking
- Experience negotiating and maintaining supplier contracts to ensure optimal service standards

Work Environment:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, weekend availability
- In-person work location
