About This Role
As a Trainee Educator, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With support from your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Your Responsibilities
Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this traineeship, you cannot hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. You must have the willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, a permanent right to work in Australia, strong communication skills, good time management and organisational skills, ability to work well individually and as part of a team, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, flexible availability, interest in early years education, and a Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
