Job Summary

Bechtel is seeking Mechanical Engineering Undergraduates to join our 2025 Graduate Program located at our Brisbane office. The Bechtel Graduate Engineer position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop skills to become a leader in the mining and metals industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop and implement project plans
  • Contribute to the design, construction, and operation of mining and metals projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and business skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
  • Australian citizenship or the right to permanently work and remain in Australia without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including a drug screen and background check
