Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Admin Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling logistics, including flights, accommodation, and SAP. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated mine site experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for flights, accommodation, and intelics
  • Handle administrative tasks related to SAP
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
  • Demonstrated mine site experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work safely in a team environment
  • Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and Driver's License
