About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top-tier government clients and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in maximising revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to deliver business objectives. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

This is a field sales role reporting to the Sales Manager – Enterprise & Government. You will be based in our Macquarie Park office and will have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, training and development opportunities, and performance recognition programs.

Main Duties

  • Develop and execute business plans to deliver revenue growth targets
  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier government clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans to deliver business objectives
  • Report on performance metrics and provide variance analysis and revised projections
  • Attend seminars and customer-focused events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. You should have experience in managing large-scale sales teams and developing strategic sales plans to deliver business objectives. A proven track record of revenue growth and leadership skills are essential for this role.
