About the Role

You will be a vital member of our AOD team - supporting, encouraging, and helping individuals to achieve their goals and maintain their recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to individuals in need.
  • Co-facilitate groups and activities that promote healing, connection, and self-care.
  • Use your experience to build trust, reduce stigma, and inspire hope in those around you.
  • Help participants access services, set and work towards goals, and develop relapse prevention strategies.
