About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Building Envelope Specialist to oversee the on-site installation of facade systems, ensuring work is carried out in line with design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections to ensure that facade installation meets project specifications, quality standards, and complies with building regulations.
  • Quality Control: Identify potential issues in facade installation and proactively work on solutions to avoid delays or rework.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and design engineers to ensure smooth collaboration and address any facade-related issues promptly.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solutions on-site to resolve any issues related to the facade system, installation, and materials.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, material deliveries, and any modifications to original plans.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and enforcing safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on facade systems for high-rise buildings.
  • Extensive knowledge of curtain wall, cladding systems, and other facade technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse project teams.
