Deputy Dean

CQUniversity is seeking an experienced VET leader to join the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences as the Deputy Dean - VET. In this managerial role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality education and training products in a competitive environment.

• Conceptualise, develop, and oversee all aspects of the VET courses delivered by the School.
• Manage staff and associated administrative responsibilities.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Postgraduate qualification with significant work experience or extensive relevant work experience in the VET Sector.
• Knowledge and understanding of University management, governance, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Five or more years of experience within a vocational education setting or another post-compulsory education setting.
