Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts to achieve high performance and professional growth
  • Partner with Product, Technology and BB Remediation to ensure that all remediation activities are executed effectively and in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Monitor and report on the progress of remediation activities, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure all remediation activities comply with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefings to implement effective remediation strategies and solutions
  • Develop and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the remediation function
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics or similar experience (e.g. actuary, pricing, or credit risk)
  • Proficient in SQL / R / Python / GitHub, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience in Banking (customers, products, systems, processes) is preferred
  • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies is preferred
  • Extensive experience in using data driven analytics to develop dashboards, insights and recommendations
  • Ability to understand complex problems and take a structured approach using data-driven insights to solve
