This role involves managing end-to-end campaigns, building strong client relationships, and leading junior team members toward consistent, high-quality results. A deep understanding of the media landscape, outstanding organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic PR campaigns, calendar plans, and critical path timelines
  • Lead day-to-day management of client activity, ensuring forward planning and timely execution of all deliverables
  • Oversee and approve PR and social plans before escalating for senior sign-off Maintain and update key account tools such as coverage trackers, media lists, influencer databases, and shared folders
  • Act as event lead for any brand activations or media-facing experiences within your portfolio
  • Ensure all client work is aligned with brand tone, messaging, and KPIs Identify challenges early and escalate with proactive, solutions-oriented thinking

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a PR or communications agency environment
  • Proven track record of running day-to-day client work with minimal supervision
  • Confident managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong media and influencer relationships across relevant sectors
  • Highly organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
