At Arc'teryx, we inspire awe-inspiring experiences in the outdoors by fostering connections between our HQ and retail teams. As a Retail Communications Specialist, you will be the linchpin that keeps these teams aligned, engaged, and moving together through impactful communication strategies.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to craft meaningful, on-brand messaging that drives connection and operational excellence across our Retail Division. You will create compelling communication frameworks that bring our mission to life in stores, leveraging creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of retail dynamics.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive retail calendaring and initiative intake model that integrates seamlessly with our strategic planning processes.
  • Create on-brand communication assets, including videos, speaking notes, weekly updates, and intranet posts, designed to maximize engagement and clarity.
  • Design and optimize templates, train business partners in communication standards, and continuously evolve our store communication methods.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align and hold teams accountable for milestones, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
  • Measure effectiveness and drive engagement for key initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain critical retail documents and resources on our intranet, ensuring easy access and alignment across the organization.

You Bring:

  • A passion for storytelling with 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or similar roles (retail experience preferred).
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Expertise with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or InDesign to package content in visually engaging ways.
  • Exceptional skills in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and managing cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset—you communicate with honesty and kindness, balancing autonomy and teamwork seamlessly.
  • A keen ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguity, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
