The Role

We are seeking a seasoned lawyer to become part of our esteemed Property team. Our firm provides senior lawyers with unparalleled exposure and experiences that are unmatched in the industry. The Property Practice Group, consisting of 5 Partners and a skilled team of lawyers at various levels, along with a proficient paralegal team, is strategically positioned within the legal sector, engaging with all facets of the property market. Our extensive experience and proficiency attract assignments from leading property developers, while also allowing us to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services for smaller to medium-sized projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with two Partners who focus on assisting developers with significant mixed-use property projects throughout all stages of development. The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge in mixed-use developments, community title schemes, management rights, bulk lot conveyancing, and acquisition of development sites.

The dynamic and high-quality legal work, coupled with a client base that offers mentorship and support from Partners and senior lawyers, will provide ample opportunities for professional growth and development. Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience. Expertise in property law, with a focus on community title schemes. Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities. Proven leadership skills to nurture and develop our talented and motivated junior lawyers.
