Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood professional to lead and contribute to the development of our educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our programs, ensuring they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the development of educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children's Check
