Job Title: Integrated Logistics Support Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an ILS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive logistics support documentation including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.
  • Analyse and document transition impacts from legacy to the upgraded systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of site-specific transition plans.
  • Create and maintain logistics support strategies ensuring operational capability through transition and beyond.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.
  • Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.
  • Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.
