Corporate Director Strategic Services

Job Description:
- This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive the future success of a vibrant community.
- As the Executive Director, Corporate and Property Services, you will lead the delivery of high-quality services with integrity, foster community engagement, and champion continuous improvement across a diverse organisation.
- You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and take charge of managing key areas such as financial planning, corporate governance, property strategy, legal services, ICT, risk management, audit, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence and provide strategic guidance.
- Shape decisions that align with the long-term vision of City of Parramatta.
- Oversee financial performance and foster a high-performing, collaborative team.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the public sector.
- Strong background in senior leadership roles.
- Proficient knowledge of corporate governance, financial management, and budgeting processes within local government.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to navigate complex issues and drive change.
