We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Business Analysis and Planning as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvements ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Develop Business case scenarios that meet the real customers' needs within the scope, time, and financial frameworks.
- Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Closely work with the QA team in understanding all possible test case scenarios.
- Perform high-level analysis to determine feasibility and the cost-benefit of a requested product solution and produce required documentation.
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions.
