Founded in 1998, we have spent over two decades perfecting our craft and growing from a small establishment to a bustling restaurant with a large team. We are proud to offer a unique fusion of traditional North Indian cuisine and English dishes, setting us apart in the culinary world.
Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team at Jaipur Palace. As a Chef at Jaipur Palace, you will play a crucial role in crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests and contributing to the ongoing success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective food cost control strategies to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Participate in the selection and hiring process to onboard skilled and qualified kitchen personnel and provide training to ensure kitchen staff perform their duties adequately.
- Design menus that balance creativity, seasonal availability, and customer preferences, ensuring a unique and engaging dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to required standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of dishes throughout every stage of preparation, ensuring each plate meets high standards in taste, presentation, and culinary excellence.
- Ensure dishes are prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Order ingredients and optimize inventory to support kitchen operations, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
- Work closely with managers, dietitians, kitchen staff, and waiting staff to foster collaboration and address operational, nutritional, and customer service aspects, ensuring efficient and high-quality food service.
- Introduce new cooking techniques, recipes, and menu items to enhance culinary offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

Salary Package: $70,000 - $80,000 Plus Superannuation per annum.
