  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Originating and executing global leverage capital market financing mandates
    • Conducting in-depth financial analysis, credit analysis, due diligence, capital market analysis, and industry analysis
    • Preparing high-quality marketing presentations
    • Providing deal team support for day-to-day execution processes
    • Collaborating with colleagues across the business, including other Investment Banking sector teams, global colleagues, and corporate bank

About the Role:

Serve as a critical component of the Investment Bank and overall Corporate Finance business, contributing to the origination and execution of global leverage capital market financing mandates

Collaborate with industry coverage partners, global leveraged finance and syndicate teams to drive the delivery of Deutsche Bank's broad global platform

Requirements:

  • At least 2.5 years of Corporate Finance experience, with a focus on leveraged finance and capital markets
  • Strong financial modeling skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
