About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our busiest store, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

  • Owning the store's operations from opening the doors to closing time;
  • Supporting customers with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency;
  • Handling stock, transactions, and store presentation with attention to detail;
  • Maintaining compliance standards and following procedures;
  • Problem solving in the moment and making sound decisions independently;
  • Identifying opportunities to drive awareness or increase traffic.

This is a Monday-to-Friday roster, providing a great work-life balance. You will be part of a structured business with professional development and training available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service;
  • Managing inventory, stock control, and store appearance;
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive store culture;
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency;
  • Reporting to senior management on sales performance and operational issues.

What We're Looking For

We require someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational leadership role – retail, hospitality, or similar;
  • A strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering results;
  • Great instincts when it comes to customer service;
  • A calm, reliable presence under pressure;
  • Previous experience in a KPI-driven environment, dealing with currency and numbers.
