Maths Tutor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and caring Maths tutors to deliver high-quality tuition to students in Primary, Junior High School, and Senior High School grades.

About the Role:

  • Deliver Maths tuition to students using engaging lesson plans.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Be available for weeknight shifts from 4:30 PM and weekend shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with ATAR above 85 and Band 6 in Maths or Graduate degree with University Transcript and acceptable weighted average mark.
  • Prior tutoring experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of Maths concepts.

Benefits:

  • Above-market remuneration ranging from $40.22 to $100.00 per hour, inclusive of superannuation.
  • No surprises – we ask that tutors don't work with other businesses while employed with us.
  • Flexible shifts and a comfortable working environment.
