Dynamic 365 Functional Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Dynamic 365 Functional Lead. This position requires a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to create functional solution designs that address business, interface, and performance needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in preparing process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or other tools and a good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience in D365 CRM product configurations and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria as required
  • Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and propose solutions for identified gaps
  • Prepare wireframes, process flows, and presentations around system design
  • Create functional solution designs to address business, interface, and performance requirements
  • Configure D365 CRM product based on requirements
  • Conduct end-user and admin training sessions, show and tell sessions, and provide tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
  • Review functional test cases based on acceptance criteria
Requirements:
  • Experience as a functional lead on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
  • Experience in preparing process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or other tools
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
  • Hands-on experience in D365 CRM product configurations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
