Job Overview:

The Product Support Specialist role entails delivering customer-centric solutions for hydraulic rock drill and associated products. This involves extensive travel, preferably based in a major city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of drill rigs and lubrication systems
  • Installations, commissioning, and support of RDSA products and services
  • Project execution, data recording according to project plans
  • Mentor and lead by example in service centers
  • Provide product training both internally and externally
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
  • Document processes for procedural development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Underground mining industry knowledge, specifically with hydraulic rock drilling processes
  • Experience with RDSA or OEM products highly regarded
  • Computer literacy in word, excel, and power point
  • Critical thinking, strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills required
  • Innovative thinker who is proactive and adaptable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent report writing skills with high attention to detail
