We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Inpatient CAMHS service in Surrey. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for young people with mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions and support.
- Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of young people in our care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with referring teams, families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service.
- Registered on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a licence to practice.
- Experience of working in CAMHS, Forensic, and/or Eating Disorders is desirable.
