Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal/Conveyancer or Junior Property Lawyer to join their dynamic Property Law Team.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential property conveyancing files, commercial property development transactions, and commercial/retail/industrial leases. You will be mentored by a top senior property/commercial lawyer and will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a stimulating and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Managing residential property conveyancing files, including property searches and enquiries
  • Assisting with high-end residential/commercial property development transactions and commercial/retail/industrial leases
  • Preparing sale property/business sale contracts and leases
  • Liaising with clients, other solicitors, banks, and agents
