The Role:

We're partnering with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer School-based Traineeships for Year 10 students. You'll work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in our Reece branch.

This role involves working in a dynamic environment, completing certificate requirements, processing sales, managing stock, answering phone calls, communicating with customers and staff, building product knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of work.

About You:

We're looking for individuals with good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. You should be willing to give new things a try, work as part of a team, maintain a neat and tidy workspace, and be well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing our values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all certificate requirements
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up services
  • Maintaining a high standard of work
