Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer personalized service to customers, helping them find the perfect gift or jewellery piece.
  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and enthusiastic about selling.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock.
  • Availability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
