About the Role
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Enablement Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer success and product knowledge to drive business expansion. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding and Adoption:** Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored support, and ensure they maximise the value of our solution.
- Product Expertise:** Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product features and capabilities, enabling you to effectively communicate benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business performance.
- Training and Development:** Design and deliver training programs to equip customers with the skills and confidence needed to utilise our platform effectively.
- SLA Management:** Ensure timely delivery of services, monitor key performance indicators, and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment, preferably with experience in customer success, sales enablement, or account management.
- Skills:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, customer success metrics, and data analysis tools.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate complex customer issues, think critically, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competencies: Strong customer-centric mindset, strategic thinking, proactive approach, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
