Lead Fibre Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fibre Project Manager to drive a major fibre operations program. Reporting to the Head of Fibre Operations, you will oversee programme schedules, reporting, risks, and stakeholder communications across delivery partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end fibre project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
  • Drive stakeholder and vendor engagement to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee governance, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Approve completions and invoices, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits, maintaining WHS standards and audit requirements.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational delivery issues.
What We Are Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience managing fibre construction programs.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Office suite).
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements for field operations.
  • Experience with land access and permitting processes.
