Water Resources Team Leadership Opportunity

This senior role provides local leadership to our Melbourne-based water resources engineers, driving technical excellence and team growth.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including workload management, work allocation, and deadline coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Review and approve technical work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Scope projects and manage project finances.
  • Support business development initiatives, including client engagement and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and public forums.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Chartered/Registered in Victoria preferred).
  • 7+ years' experience in water resources or civil stormwater engineering, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong technical skills in hydrology, drainage design, and modeling.
  • Proven project management skills — delivering on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.
