Job Title: Dedicated Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our 9 East Transplant team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes and providing attentive care.
The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will be based at one of Australia's most respected hospitals, serving local, statewide, national, and international communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing renal and liver transplants
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote identified health outcomes
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Strong dedication to improving patient outcomes through attentive care
