We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our team at RAAF Base Tindal, NT.

As a key member of our Defence Base Services contract, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our strong food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate the monthly bar and beverage stocktake, ensuring accurate reports and timely submissions.
  • Monitor and control weekly rosters to ensure they align with budgetary constraints and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct regular pre-starts and ensure messes comply with buffet standards.
  • Input meal pass data into actual/forecast spreadsheets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure toolboxes are uploaded into IMS.

Requirements:
