We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Richmond Health Centre. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality healthcare services to Defence Force members and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and professional leadership in the Health Centre, including supporting operational capability and coordinating vaccination parades.
- Oversee and facilitate complex situations, including clinical, managerial, and educational contexts.
- Investigate clinical incidents and implement corrective actions in conjunction with health center management.
- Review and update department SOPs, and assist in coordinating roster and staffing levels.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an inherently collaborative worker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also be a proven leader who is resilient and adaptable to changing healthcare environments.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship
- At least 5 years' experience as a Div 1 RN
- Full AHPRA registration
- Previous Defence experience highly regarded
- Proficient in computer operation systems in healthcare
- Ideal post Graduate Qualifications in Nursing or Health Management
