A skilled Automotive Refinisher is required to perform high-quality paint jobs in a busy workshop environment.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Collision Repair industry and hold relevant trade qualifications. They will be responsible for completing paint jobs according to established processes and procedures, signing off on final colours, and making minor adjustments as necessary to ensure a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete paint jobs in line with established processes and procedures.
  • Sign off on final colours, making minor adjustments to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily to ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as directed by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential).
  • Experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential).
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
