**Community Services Trainer Wanted**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs in community services, focusing on building caring communities and supporting individual and organisational capacity building.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and resources, ensuring they meet the needs of the community services sector.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced trainer with a passion for community services and adult education. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a trainer and assessor in the VET sector.
  • A strong understanding of community services principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • A current open driving licence and willingness to undertake regular local travel.
