About the Role

This exciting role will lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, backlog refinement, scope, dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking across cross-functional teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops, and support the Product Owner(s) in defining goals, refining backlogs, and engaging key stakeholders.

Cultivate a high-performing and engaged delivery culture by coaching and guiding teams towards self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Owner(s)
  • Coach and guide teams
About You

We seek a proven experience in delivering programs and projects in dynamic environments, with the ability to take accountability and work autonomously on complex tasks.

Advanced proficiency in configuring and maintaining Agile tools, along with other agency-provided software.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design principles.

Skilled communicator and facilitator with the ability to energise teams, build strong relationships, and manage stakeholders through negotiation, motivation, and conflict resolution.
