Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced carpenter who has expertise in renovations, particularly bathrooms and kitchens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional workmanship to our clients while upholding the company's standards.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage renovation projects from start to finish
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client properties to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive renovation plans that meet client expectations
  • Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the renovation process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Fully licensed carpenter
  • Current white safety card
  • Well-presented individual with strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Good understanding of residential renovations, particularly bathrooms and kitchens
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills, including oral and written communication
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work
