About the Role

Kinetic is a leading provider of urban, school, and charter bus services across major regions. As a key front-line role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the depots, including operational delivery and compliance, managing systems, liaising with drivers, rostering, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing business plans and strategic objectives for the site.
  • Plan and deliver school, route, special event, and charter services at the depot.
  • Maintain good business relationships with stakeholders and staff.
  • Manage day-to-day staff resource allocations for the depot.
Requirements
  • Available for a range of day/night shifts.
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or operations preferred.
  • Minimum MR Driver's License.
  • QLD Drivers Authority preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid certificate preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational ability.
  • Excellent customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including integrated software systems (TIMS knowledge preferred).
