Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor who will lead a team of workshop technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and work alongside a team of workshop technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
  2. Oversee stock control, including ordering consumables and maintaining stock levels for service needs.
  3. Develop and implement procedures to optimize productivity and quality standards.
  4. Liaise regularly with colleagues regarding stock and production needs.
  5. Assist with internal and external audit processes.
  6. Complete invoicing, purchase ordering, and maintain associated documentation.
  7. Maintain production registers accurately and on time.
  8. Uphold workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
  • A good understanding of Australian Standards relevant to fire equipment servicing (training provided if required).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage stock control processes effectively.
  • Competent in administrative tasks.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
