Customer Service Representative - Delivery

A typical day involves:

  • Providing customer service and information about products in a timely manner
  • Providing quotes both in person and over the phone to meet customer needs
  • Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring information provided is accurate
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for colleagues and customers
  • Occasionally making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
