Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential RTW barriers.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement effective RTW plans.
- Design and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- A competitive salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super.
- Reimbursement for work-related travel expenses.
- Professional development leave (2 days per year).
- Up to $1,500 professional development reimbursement.
- An uncapped bonus structure for achieving KPIs.
- A dynamic and supportive team culture with regular team events.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
