Psychologist Role Overview

We seek an experienced Psychologist to contribute to our Psychology team, providing high-quality psychological services and developing clinical expertise in a supportive environment.

This position offers opportunities to work across various service pathways, including NDIS and private sector settings, while delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.

The Psychologist will administer various assessments, including mental health, IQ, and psychoeducational evaluations, with training provided when necessary.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential in this role, working in clinics or community environments like family homes, group homes, day programs, and schools.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychological services using evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT, DBT).
  • Conduct a range of psychological assessments (mental health, IQ, psychoeducational) and pursue training to administer these assessments when required.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in clinic or community settings.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology.
  • Registration or eligibility to register with AHPRA.
  • A car and valid driver's license.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencement.
