Calibration Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Calibration Technician passionate about precision and problem-solving to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Conduct precise calibrations of a wide range of measuring instruments, including scales, balances, temperature sensors, pressure gauges, and many more, while adhering to strict calibration procedures and standards (NATA guidelines).
  • Set up and verify test equipment and record readings and data accurately to generate calibration certificates.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Identify and diagnose issues with malfunctioning equipment.
  • Perform repairs and rectify faults in a variety of scientific and industrial instruments.
  • Offer expert technical advice on equipment usage and assist with setup or troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
  • Demonstrate the features and operation of equipment to potential buyers or existing clients.
  • Maintain and manage a clean, organized, and safe workshop / laboratory.
  • Generate detailed and accurate documentation and reports of all work and services performed on the equipment.
  • Continuously learn about new equipment, software, and industry standards.
