We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our onshore and offshore Energy team in Perth. This role will be responsible for executing maintenance work safely and efficiently, ensuring the right quality at optimal cost.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to get into the Oil & Gas industry. As a Maintenance Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, managing, and executing mechanical and electrical maintenance services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information related to onshore maintenance requirements.
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
  • Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will possess an electrical trade or engineering qualification, willingness to travel to site as per business requirements, experience with CMMS systems preferably SAP, valid Australian Driver's License, and proof of right to work in Australia.
