We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to support leaders across our Northern Operations and international commercial teams. This role involves delivering strategic People Plans that align with business needs, providing comprehensive HR support, and advising employees and leaders on HR policies and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic People Plans to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employment laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Lead Employee Relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and enterprise agreement interpretation.
  • Manage HRIS systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and reporting functions, to ensure efficient employee data management.
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to execute cyclical HR activities, including performance cycles, engagement programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act, to provide accurate guidance and support.

This role offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative company.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
