Job Description

The Work Placement Officer role is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing work placements and developing business opportunities.

This role involves cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing work placement partners, identifying and securing new work placement opportunities, ensuring compliance with work placement requirements, and providing ongoing support to students during their work placement experience.

The Work Placement Officer will also be responsible for promoting our training programs to potential clients, consulting with clients to understand their training needs, and recommending suitable solutions. They will develop and deliver presentations showcasing our offerings and value proposition, negotiate and finalize training agreements with clients, and manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing work placement partners.
  • Proactively identify and secure new work placement opportunities for our students.
  • Ensure compliance with work placement requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide ongoing support to students during their work placement experience.
  • Promote our training programs to potential clients.
  • Consult with clients to understand their training needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations showcasing our offerings and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and finalize training agreements with clients.
