Job Opportunity

The position involves conducting assessments of candidates with diverse needs, providing counseling interventions, and referring them to external support services. The role requires a strong ability to analyze situations, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of individuals with complex barriers to employment
  • Offer targeted counseling support utilizing various psychological methodologies
  • Refer clients to additional resources to address obstacles
  • Evaluate assessment outcomes and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and community agencies on behalf of clients
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on psychological services and procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology with eligibility for registration
  • Relevant qualifications in counseling or eligibility for membership with relevant associations
  • Experience in employment services is highly regarded but not essential
  • Knowledge of psychology assessment and intervention strategies
  • Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to construct accurate and articulate case reports
  • Capacity to generate positive outcomes for clients
