At the heart of our business lies a unique opportunity for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a member of our Trade Centre Team, you will be part of a dynamic network that operates from a range of sites, including trade centres, frame and truss sites, and online platforms. Our trade centres provide a vital delivery and pick-up solution for key building lines, allowing customers to build from the ground up with ease.

Our centres stock a select number of core building products, including timber, fibre cement, cladding, windows, doors, and appliances. By streamlining the pick/pack and delivery process, we can focus on providing an outstanding customer experience and supporting other trades.

The role involves:

  • Providing top-notch service to customers, including builders and site supervisors
  • Ensuring timely replenishment of stock in a fast-paced environment
  • Pick and pack customer timber orders with precision
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently

Requirements:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Knowledge of building products and processes is essential
  • Forklift certification is desirable but not essential
  • Monday-Friday availability is required
  • Applicants with previous pick-pack experience are encouraged to apply
