Investigations Support Specialist

The Investigations Support Specialist plays a vital role in the operations of our factual investigations division.

  • Support field enquiries and case administration tasks
  • Provide general insurance investigation assistance
  • Update clients on the progress of all matters
  • Draft correspondence for internal and external distribution
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks within our database
