New OpportunityOur NSW division is currently looking for a HR Truck Driver to join our Wagga team. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be primarily responsible for providing timely collection services with a focus on safety, customer service, and punctuality, and will have a great flexible attitude.
Hours of work: 7 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient service to customers/clients by collecting full scrap metal bins, and/or delivering empty bins, in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with management to identify any industry movement and activity, or any on-site concerns regarding OHS, environmental or collection issues arising.
- Work in accordance with a daily plan for routine collections.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with our site safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- Yard work as required.
- Holds HR license with previous experience in a similar role.
- Forklift ticket.
- Excellent customer service ethic.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
- Flexibility to respond to transport and operations.
- Previous experience in a similar industry would be highly regarded.
- Tickets to operate various load shifting equipment such as excavators.
- Previous experience operating a vehicle mounted crane (VMC).
