  • Providing comprehensive support for personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Driving clients to appointments and social activities, promoting community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transferring clients safely using hoists when required.
  • Managing medication and performing basic wound care.
  • Supporting clients with bladder and bowel management.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress.

Requirements:

  • A strong ability to listen and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • A smartphone device for communication and record-keeping.
  • Ability to obtain a Blue and NDIS screening card.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive penalty rates for weekends, nights, and public holidays, as well as access to salary packaging arrangements to increase your take-home pay. Our organisation also offers an Employee Assistance Program and Employee Wellbeing Program for staff and family members.
